He founded SHRO SYSTEMS in 1988 after a glittering career of 21 years with the Indian Air Force as a pilot and a war veteran, A alumni of the prestigious NDA and a law graduate he started this company with his retirement Fund with a vision to build a Sustainable, profitable Technology company which will delight both customers and employees, under his strong leadership SHRO which has entered its 31st year is now a leader in the end to end IT solutions providers space in India and has won many Industry awards over the years. He continues to drive military style discipline and compliance in the company and oversees the strategic vision, mission and health of Shro systems.
Anirudh Shrotriya,

Anirudh is a young dynamic business professional with over 24+Years of Experience in the IT solutions field. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and is a Alumni of The Insead Business School , Singapore , he is responsible for the strategy, collaboration and day to day running of Shro Systems ensuring it stays on its profitable year on year growth trajectory .With his team of 100+ professionals in various departments of Sales,Presales, Services, Finance, Operations & Logistics he is responsible in delivering innovative technology solutions to Shro’s strong customer base helping them drive better business outcomes .He has won many professional and personal awards in his career , he has served as the President of the HPE APJ Advisory board and a council member of the World wide HP Advisory board . He is a keen golfer , Everest Base camper , certified scuba diver and a sports enthusiast with a flair for challenges and a winning spirit.
